why in this case azathioprine was given.This type of cases respond wellto MMf.as ther is vasculituc ulcer persists,MMF or cyclo will be good choiceinadditionto aspirin81mg withclopidrogel withHydroxychloroquine200mg/od to have steroid sparing effect.without clinical lups presentation with apl predominant, the above regimen is useful in experience.dr.maran,rheumatologist
