A case of hypokalaemia simulating hyperkalaemia

A case of chronic renal failure with hypokalaemia presenting electrographically as tall `U«SQ» waves simulating tall `T«SQ» waves of hyperkalaemia is described. The differentiating points between hypokalaemia and hyperkalaemia on ECG have been highlighted.
