In the article titled, “Muckle–Wells syndrome in an Indian family associated with NLRP3 mutation” published in pages 120-122, issue 2, vol. 61 of Journal of Postgraduate Medicine[1], the section, “Declaration of Patient Consent” having the following content went missing due to technical errors:
“The authors certify that they have obtained all appropriate patient consent forms. In the form the patient(s) has/have given his/her/their consent for his/her/their images and other clinical information to be reported in the journal.
